Royals decline 2010 options on Crisp, Olivo, and Yabuta

Kansas City, MO – The Kansas City Royals have declined 2010 options for outfielder Coco Crisp, catcher Miguel Olivo and right-handed pitcher Yasuhiko Yabuta. Crisp and Olivo are now eligible to file for free agency. Yabuta can elect free agency if he doesn’t sign a 2010 Major League contract with the Royals by November 16.
